Years ago, we embarked on a singular mission: bring the most authentic flavors of Mexico to open the best Mexican restaurant North of the Border. 

Years of travel through Mexico and Southern US, we’ve collected dozens of delicious recipes boasted across the cities of Baja California and Central Mexico to the hidden recipes of the highlands of Oaxaca and the coasts of the Yucatan Peninsula.

Our founders have ventured on a “Tour of Flavor” to find the best food out there.
